About Us

Anthony Farrell - Founder

I immigrated to the Unites States from Trinidad and Tobago in 2003 to attend Howard University in Washington DC. After completing both a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering, my career began as a financial software developer with Bloomberg LP in New York.After moving to Texas in 2011, I leveraged my experience in New York to launch a residential real estate investing company with a focus on technology for lead generation. Over the next few years, my focus remained on growing my business while learning the ins and outs of small business ownership. One of the key hallmarks of my approach to business came from my early discovery of the power in direct and honest communication with property owners. Selling something you have owned for some time and have poured yourself into can be an extremely personal and emotional experience. As a result, deciding to part with it is rarely a strictly financial decision. By paying close attention to what sellers wanted and more importantly, what they valued, I was able to consistently structure deals that were most likely to make it to the closing table. Most importantly, I was able to identify which deals should not be done at all, and save all parties time, energy and money.Now in the process of exiting my latest real estate development project in Houston, I am looking to find the right business where I can simply work hard with some great people. I look forward to working with that eventual business seller towards a successful closing and a smooth transition.I currently reside in Houston with my wife Yvette and our three children. In my downtime you can find me trying to perfect my brisket smoking or riding my bike along Houston's bayous.
